Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Validity
   • Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated and permitted by law.
   • The expiry date will be clearly displayed on the voucher.
   • Expired vouchers will not be accepted or redeemed after the expiry date.
2. Redeeming Your Voucher
   • Gift vouchers may be redeemed towards treatments, services, and retail products available at the studio.
   • Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption.
   • Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
3. Partial Use
   • If the full value of the voucher is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance may be used towards future purchases until the voucher expires.
4. Bookings
   • Advance bookings are essential and subject to availability.
   • Voucher holders are encouraged to book appointments well in advance, particularly during peak periods.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
   • Standard cancellation policies apply to all bookings made using a gift voucher.
   • Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of part or all of the voucher value, at the studio's discretion.
   • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment ("no-show") may result in the treatment value being deducted from the voucher.
6. Price Changes
   • Gift vouchers are redeemable for the dollar value purchased.
   • If service prices increase after the voucher is purchased, the voucher holder may be required to pay the difference between the voucher balance and the current service price.
7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Vouchers
   • Treat gift vouchers like cash.
   • Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised-use vouchers may not be replaced unless required by law and satisfactory proof of purchase is provided.
8. Non-Transferable Services
   • Treatment packages purchased as gift vouchers may not be exchanged for alternative packages unless approved by management.
   • Some promotional offers, packages, or memberships may be excluded from gift voucher redemption.
9. Promotional Vouchers
   • Complimentary, promotional, giveaway, competition, or discounted vouchers may be subject to separate conditions and expiry periods where permitted by law.
10. Business Closure or Unavailability
    • If the studio is temporarily unable to provide services for an extended period, we will comply with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law regarding affected voucher holders.
11. Australian Consumer Law
    • These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
    • Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Gift vouchers used to secure appointments are subject to our booking and cancellation policy. Repeated late cancellations, rescheduling, or failure to attend appointments may result in the forfeiture of voucher value equivalent to the booked treatment, as this time has been reserved exclusively for the client.
